Are the programs for the gym or at home?
There are pograms you can do at home, with bands and most are in the gym for best results.
What payment options are there and what payment system do you use?
Everything is handled by PayPal. You can pay with credit cards (you don't need a Paypal account just click on the 'Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card' button at checkout and of course you can pay with your Paypal account as well.
